Some companies/partnerships have a number of directors/partners, all of whom may need to approve, or sometimes just one or two.
Other clients have internal accountants/bookkeepers who they want to be able to view, but not approve documents (or maybe approve, depending on the document).
It should be possible to add multiple contacts to each client and then add these to each document. Then, it should be possible to choose which of those contacts have to approve the document and whether just one of them, some of them, or all those selected.
www.irisopenspace.co.uk is a good example of how this can be set up.
This is exactly what we need also.
