I suppose in AM you would call it a view, rather than a report, because AM doesn’t seem to have reports as such.
To produce the same report as I can get in a few clicks in Digita, I seem to have to go into Tasks, which just shows a list of everything, so isn’t much use, then Advanced Search, Service = Accounts and then filter. It does not seem to be possible to then save this view, so I cannot at one click see what is the status on each of the following:
Accounts to be filed.
CT600s to be filed.
Personal tax returns to be filed.
VAT returns to be filed.
etc. I have to filter from scratch each time.
It would be useful to be able to save multiple custom views and have them on a sidebar on the left, so the user can just click on ‘Accounts’, ‘VAT’, ‘CT600’, etc and immediately see the status.
Hi @Guest - we are activly working on our reporting functionality and plan for a task status report that would provide a summary view of all tasks with the ability to click through to the filtered task list.
It is also currently possible to click through from the overview widget to land on a pre-filtered task list.
