Create automated emails without having to set up a new service. Link to existing automation settings

It would be useful if we could create an email template and link it to the existing automation settings for a service.

For example, I want to send out a separate R&D email to all limited company clients in addition to their records request email, what I'd like to do is create the template, then set up automation so it hooks onto the existing year-end automated email for companies.

What I have to do at the moment is create a new service, set up the automation settings for this and then ask Accountancy Manager to enable this for me for all Limited companies.

The problem with existing steps is that:
1. it's now showing as ANOTHER task, when there are already too many
2. I can't do it myself without contacting support and waiting for the Devs, this can take time and I have no control. Well I could do it manually but this would take hours or days to do one at a time.
3. This isn't linked to the year-end accounts job like I want
