To support Prospect Follow Up notification, add (or replace with) a Prospect Follow Up email that uses a standard template like other AM emails - this could be automated to save time in following up manually.
An option of several follow-up emails would be great so that you can have a number that can be sent over a set period of, say, 3 to 9 months. These can be adjusted by the user and on a prospect basis to tailor to them specifically.
