This is noted as shipped. However I am unable to amend the template subject line for emailing statements to debtors..it shows as URGENT - Statement. We have to amend each one individually which is very time consuming. And we got this reponse from the AI Bot on 29.10.2025:

This is because some subject lines include specific information, such as document names, which are added automatically. This feature now shows as shipped???, however it appears [canned templates] and [account templates] still do not offer the ability to edit the subject line. Could this be clarified please?
I can see it working for Custom Automated Email Templates but not forCanned Message Templates - am I missing something?
Agree and support this idea.
