Ability to create letters
It would be great to be able to create letters for posting within AM, using the data already held. Not only would client addresses etc be pre-populated, but the letters would be retainied 'in the cloud'
ok David. did not mean to cause offence. I was simply suggesting the production of letters (whether that be in word or pdf) in BrightManager would be a good idea
I did NOT suggest the faff of copying into Word - my idea is that Accountancy Manager should have its own letters system
Similar softwares used by the legal profession do this, and I have been using a program I wrote in Filemaker for 25 years - but that is yet another database to maintain ...
this would be ideal. Simply taking the data from the fields and placing them onto a templates word doc
Also It would be good to be able to upload a template of your letterhead
Yes this would be good. I normally have to copy and paste every single address to send Christmas cards at the end of the year. To be able to create a document with the addresses pre-populated so I could just print them off as a batch would be really useful.
