Better view for emails per client to help us find older emails faster without scrolling through pages

We are just using BM 4 weeks and already its difficult to locate emails when some clients have pages of emails to scroll through, and we dont necessarily know what subject was used on the email sent. Whats it going to be like in a years time ? Is there any way the emails under a client can be displayed in a different way for ease of locating specific emails ? something like a column format with Date, From, Subject, Attachments ?
