Either into the timeline or under its own tab. Much more useful than SMS integration. Used by 75% of clients (no matter how much I continue to use email!)

Could be linked up with Clientwindow they have an integration with Karbon and think they are doing it with Nomi also
Same for my clients. I email it, chase it, email it again, chase it again and just get "no point emailing me. WhatsApp it and I'll deal with it as soon as I get it"
Would also be helpful if it was a separate tab in the client record - like the timeline, but for WhatsApp only.

I feel your pain Mark. WhatsApp is a pretty much universal means of communication for so many of my clients too.
