Multiple staff can 'monitor' a task

It should be possible to have more than 1 person assigned as a 'Staff Task Monitor'. For example, I would like to assign the 'Staff Task Monitor' to 1 of my employees, so that the tasks show up on their task list, but also would still like to have those tasks appear on my own list as well. Just so that we can both monitor tasks at the same time.
