Other practice management systems have a fully integrated email system that allows you to reply to emails outside of Bright Manager, without having to Bcc the email for Bright manager in to the receipt list.
Instead a fully integrated email system will automatically sync emails sent, to the central system in the practice system and attach it to the client record. no more Bcc needed
The number of times I have replied to a client on my mobile email account (Gmail) and realise after hitting send that I have not Bcc'd Bright manager to receive a copy, is one of the most frustrating things about this system. (That and not being able to effectively bulk delete junk emails)
If other systems such as Pixie and Karbon can implement a fully integrated email system, then Bright manager needs to look at bringing this functionality to the email system they have.
