Currently, the notification system can become quite full very quickly. It would be useful if there could be an option to have more visible notifications - either linked through our emails or an section that indicates more urgency, with a pop up feature.
The notification system is currently a mess, it needs to be much more customisable to be of any use. As Account Holder i can get upwards of 100 notifications a day which means that bit is almost inevitable that i will miss anything important.
EG - A client manager gets a notification when payroll records have been requested, this is pointless, and i get notifications when i have done something myself(!) we need to be able to tailor these
