Track staff holiday entitlement

It would be useful to be able to track staff members remaining holiday entitlement. They are already posting time to a holiday 'time type' whenever they take holiday so having a holiday entitlement field for each staff member that is automatically reduced whenever they post time to the holiday code shouldn't be too difficult to implement.
