Ability to select which user is the sender of record request emails

Currently the only option for the sender of automated record requests is the client manager or task owner, change this to allow users to select which user email the reminders are sent from

    Would be good to be able to send from a generic address as well e.g. recordsrequest@, info@, no-reply@
