Currently there is no option to attach files to replies within the BM timeline on the client record, if you need to attach anything you have to create a new email losing the original email thread. Can we please have this added as it means we don't have full email options/functions as we would outside of BM on Outlook for instance.
I'm not seeing the update, could you send an image of where it is accessible?

In addition to Mairéad's idea, I would also add the fact that if one wants to forward an email containing attachments, from the Timeline screen, the forwarded emails do not include original attachments, even though it confusingly lists the attachments which were on the original emails at the bottom of the email. It would be useful if the forward functions included the original attachments, or at least a prompt asking users if original attachments can be included in the email
