API

Please could it be considered to provide an API to allow programatic updates via external sources, such as Zapier.

Whilst it is understood a Zapier intergration is available, this is somewhat limited in functionality and fails to provide many needed features including advanced search and updates.

In the interim, should an API not be made available generally, could it be considered to update the Zapier integration to provide for (but not limited to):-

Advanced search (based on fields including custom fields ie: External reference)

Update custom fields

Update Staff Task and Staff Task Monitor
