People - Not Registered on Portal List

From Clients >People Portal Registration> Not registered on portal, it would be useful to see on this list which clients have been sent the client portal registration link and when. I am sending the link on a client by client basis but the list doesn't reflect which clients have already been sent the link, it should be visible on this list which clients have been sent the link.
