An indication of which client's have been invited to the portal

We are currently working through our client list and getting them signed up to the portal in blocks, we dont currently have the automated email switched on as we want everything perfectly integrated first. When we inivite someone to the portal, theres no indication of who has been invited once the email has been sent. I think there needs to be something like 'email sent to client on ..... 'date' or the abilty to change colour once the client has been invited from the list. It's a royal pain having to keep our own track of which clients have been invited. A search option on the 'people - portal registration' section would also be really useful as its quite time consuming scrolling through a long list of clients trying to find the individual we would like to register on the portal at that time.
