The following idea would be very useful especially for long workflows, when several staff members need to complete subtasks on a workflow, and when there is not necessarily a chronological order of subtasks groups to be completed. For instance, for onboarding workflows, some subtasks to set up a client internally can sometimes happen at the same time and are not dependent on what has happened before or will after. So the idea would be that if a staff member is part of one of these long workflows, they could easily filter their own subtasks so they don't have to trawl through the whole of a workflow in order to complete their bits. Maye some restrictions could be applied for these chorological order flows, such as: 'if this subtasks group has not happened, e.g. AML/risk assessment, nothing else can happen until it is completed.
Could I add the ability to filter by which tasks are underway or yet to be started would also be really helpful in workflows. We have some long workflows, and it's painful having to scan down the list to try to work out what is outstanding.
Hi @Guest - I can see the use case here so thanks for your detailed suggestion. If we can get to this I will be sure to reach out ahead of any work to discuss.
