Additional email option to receive notifications

As our practice has an admin team who oversees tasks it would be very beneficial to have an additional email option who receives ALL notifications of client activity.


We also have payroll teams within our practice who can't be allocated the client manager as the filings are still done by someone else. We need to be able to input certain email addresses for certain services to ensure our team gets notified correctly.


At the moment our main team who oversees task deadlines and uploads etc isn't receiving ANY notifications as if we select them to be manager then the manager in charge of completing the work doesn't get the task.


There are still lots of teething problems to ensure a smooth running of BM as a whole software package.
