DD/MM/YYYY for when a subtask is done
Some of my tasks will take weeks until completed due to awaiting client info etc. And i believe it would be useful if when marking a subtask as complete, that there be an option where we can insert a date. This date would be the date that we undertook said task or subtask.

I agree with your idea. I would add that it would be great if the system could automatically date stamp subtasks when they are updated. It would be also great if this could be overridden by users, in case subtasks were marked as complete or as N/A accidentally. And last but not least, if there was a new tab in the new tasks window for the 'Timeline' of the task itself, including filters and/or search fields, one could follow the whole history of what has happened with a task. The cherry on top would be if you could turn this Timeline tab info into an informative report. :-)
