Incoming client emails - prompt to reply to client through BM

When we receive a client email on Outlook, is it possible to get a prompt somehow from BM to email back through BM? It's easy to forget and happens alot that we will reply through Outlook and then your reply is not recorded on the timeline, this part of the email process and timeline needs to be more integrated.
