Hello Samantha,
Thank you for your submission. The PAYE service automated task is generated based on the RTI deadline date entered for the relevant client on their respective client file. If you have a workflow assigned to PAYE tasks, you can also amend the deadlines for the groups within the workflow via the Workflow Manager, which is under the Task menu.
