Contacts form is for UK I need Irish version

On the Contacts tab in clients where you can add contacts associated with the client that are not or do not need to be set up on BM, it is for the UK, is there anyway to change it to Ireland version so it says PPS number not NI number etc I have attached the screenshot so you can see what I mean
