Thanks for getting back to me.

By the time the client page loads, it would be the same time for me to go
into the client page on BrightManager and see who the manager is within
there so would not be saving me anytime.

If it isn't possible to action what I wished to happen, that is fine, it
was just to maybe save a few seconds while the client page screen was
loading.

Got it. For context, this is what I was referring to: using the client list, you can add columns and utilize the search function in the manager, for example see attached.

I understand this might be different from what you were initially asking for, but I’m curious, does this help address your challenge at all?

Hi Mike,

When using the search bar at the top of the page to search for clients,
this is where I would like to see the manager's name. This stops us having
to go into the client's profile to see who is looking after the client, and
will make it quicker for us to know whose client is who's.

I have attached what I mean below, if we could also have the manager name
in brackets as well as the reference number that would be ideal.

Thanks for raising this idea and for the engagement. To clarify, when you search using the client list, you can add a column to display the Manager. Does that address what you were looking for, or have I misunderstood your request?

they is already implemented for internal reference, so to have internal reference and Manager name would be awesome!
