PAYE Frequency - add more options

To add the option to have more than just one PAYE frequency, for clients who have employees that are paid both weekly and monthly.

Then If you want to email a specific message to clients who pay employees weekly, it would be useful to be able to filter these clients without including the clients who's employees are only paid monthly.
