Client portal mobile device webpage is displayed differently in portrait and landscape view mode

Make changes to the client portal webpage so when viewing on a mobile device the homepage looks the same in portrait or landscape view. Currently in portrait view there is not account icon and the 3 white line for the menu are not in the header but underneath. Portrait view on the mobile device is not usable.
