Job frequency allow for one off, or add full “Latest Action” stages to the AdHoc task

Would be good to be able to full track latest action stages for one-off jobs such as 60-day CGT returns. Either allow job frequency to be one off (so doesn't re appear once completed) or allow for the full “Latest Action” stages to the AdHoc tasks.
