Set Header function in LoE template to allow logo to be centred

We need to be able to have our logo on the LoE centered at the top of the page. Currently using the Header function on the LoE template only allows the logo to be left or right-aligned. When we bypass using the Header function and put our logo in the body of the letter (so we can have it centred) the PDF download automatically adds the Company Name in large type at the top of the page.

Either being able to disable the automatic adding of the Company Name when not using the Header function or being able to centre align in the Header function would work for us.
