Timesheet entry also adds progress note

It would be helpful if, when posting time on timesheet, you have the option to toggle on the full description to become a progress note.
I am finding myself posting time, then having to post a matching progress note. So just a simple toggle of 'post description to progress note' would save a lot of duplication.
