To make exclamation mark on tasks more versatile, instead of saying missing information when there isn't anything missing, it should say ' see urgent note' saves confusion if there is missing information for the client or not

When a client signs a document the task process should be updated to that it has been signed by the client rather than looking our for the email and then manually going into the client/task to update this.
