Allow documents to be uploaded as part of a workflow step/subtask

On the new tasks list, on the side panel, it would be great and useful to have a 'Timesheet' tab added so controllers can check how much time has been spent on the task, by whom and the last time when time was logged on a task

Currently Payroll setup create tasks monthly. It would be good to also auto create tasks yearly for sending P60 and End of year submissions Also have a different option for Weekly, 4 Weekly and monthly payslips
