One email login for multiple accounts

We often have accountants that acquire a number of new practices. Each practice has it's own branding so AM will be implemented individually at each location. However Partners will often need to login to each sites AM accounts and do not want to set up a second, third, fourth email address to do this as they would only like to manage one primary inbox. Digita have one login where you can view multiple locations and link your email to that site. Can we do the same?
