Our office hours are 8:30am-5pm. We ask our staff not to send emails out of hours but then we have automated emails going out at 18:09 which goes against our policies. We were told the only way to do this would be to manually pause and unpause the email queue which seems counter productive.
This is really more about automation than just emailing but there wasn't an automation category to choose.
Similarly, it would be useful to select for automated emails to be only sent during company business hours. Some of our clients are receiving automated emails at 1am, which is not optically great.
A year later... any further forward on this?!?
