Currently, if an email has cc or bcc while in the Outgoing Queue, they are only visible by going into individual emails, only the "To" email addresses are displayed on the full outgoing queue page.
There is space within the "Client" box to include this information, and would help avoid any accidental inclusions or make sure regular additional emails are included appropriately.
Great news — this feature has been built and is currently going through final testing. We're adding the ability to display To, CC, and BCC recipients directly in the Client column of the Outgoing Queue, so you'll be able to verify all recipients at a glance without opening individual emails. We'll update this idea to Shipped once it goes live.
Thanks also to David for the suggestion about displaying attachment indicators in the queue — we've raised this as a separate idea so it can be tracked and voted on independently: https://brightsg.aha.io/ideas/ideas/BM-I-731
Hello Bright Development Team,
That's great news that this will now happen. Could I add the request to see in the email queue if the email has an attachment? Currently, the only way for users to check whether they have not forgotten to add their attachments is to edit the email. Either you could put the standard symbol for attachments or maybe add the name of the file attached?
Thank you very much in advance for your consideration.
Many thanks,
David M
