Please would you move the function to pause or unpause the email queue for all staff from the Queue window to somewhere else, possibly the Accounts Settings window. If this button is accidently clicked emails will be sent to clients that were not intended to be sent, or at least not without manual intervention.
We have also had issues with this function and have requested Support look at the location of the buttons or add a fail-safe to give you the option to cancel when un-pause is accidentally pressed, which is easily done. 🙁
