I would like to see a Previous Email Feild below the current field.
When a client updates their email address, as soon as you change the email address, the history of previous emails are lost from the timeline.
If we put their previous/old email address in this new field, it would keep all the history of old emails on the clients timeline.

Indeed. Timeline should keep all correspondence and emails regardless of updating clients' email addresses.
I hope this idea gets implemented.
