Email manager- Supplier email tracking

In Email manager, emails are automatically stored in a clients timeline if the email address matches their account, however I receive emails from suppliers, which would be good to track in a timeline the same way. At the moment I have to go in and manually delete them as they don't automatically track anywhere. Being able to mark an email as junk would also be useful to save time
