Adding Client ID as a column field on client list
When you download a task list, it gives you a client ID column but this doesn't appear when y ou download a client list - would be helpful to have it as a column option
We released this at the end of last week. At a high level, you can now display, filter, sort, and export the system-generated client.
A new System Client ID column option is available in the Columns function on your Clients, Prospects, and No Longer A Client pages. Once toggled on, the column shows the unique ID assigned to each record by the system — the same ID that appears in the client file URL.
The column supports a full set of filter operators — including Equals, Contains, Begins with, and more — matching the flexibility of the existing Client column. When the column is visible, client ID data is automatically included in any export, making it straightforward to use these IDs in reports, integrations, or external systems.
