Add cut-off time for automated e-mails

Some of our automated e-mails go out in non-business hours which our clients are complaining about. Our automated e-mails specifically commenced sending at 23:44 and ceased at 00:02. There should be an option to only have e-mails sent within business hours, or have a set cut-off at a specified time, e.g. 6pm.
