I like the fact you can log a client's Nationality on BM, what would be more helpful would be if an additional box could be added to confirm a clients residency. This would provide a lot of clarity.

You set up this new disengagement letter but the clients cannot sign it. Considering we use brightmanager for signing documents it should have software that allows the client to sign it, much like the engagement letter.

Helpful to have the age automatically shown in the client record directly calulated from the date of birth.
