It would be useful to be able to add an expense to a client for example if i am sending records or letters and sending it registered post, this cost should be able to be put on the time sheet to include in the billing,

Improve WIP export function to include advance filters (including time periods and current/invoiced/cleared) to allow external analysis more easily

Add a function to allow recurring invoicing including an approval process and a report/summary of all recurring invoices

It would be great for small businesses to have the ability to use one member of staff for different tasks. So bookkeepping set at one rate, and accountacy service another. Small businesses may have limited staff, but lots of work.

Clients want to see the number of hours on a project so they see value for money. The transparency is huge and this prevents queries and questions

when billing clients its helpful to see which clients haev the most time on them and you cannot do this without going through every page.

We no longer use Quickbooks integration but the invoices raised when it was linked to our BM means I cant edit the invoices or mark them as paid (unless paid in full), also i cant add a part payment on these invoices either as they were done in BM...
