Currently, before you click "send" if a new email is closed by clicking on the cross it is immediately lost forever with no warning or backup. It would be good to have this safety net in place as in other areas of BM or when drafting emails in Out...

Is there anyway that the emails can stay until the client but be deleted from email Manager ? At present if an email is deleted from Email Manager it is also deleted from the Clients timeline.

Our old system had a re-send button , it would be good to have this feature on AM because clients are always losing or deleting e-mails.

In most cases I am deleting the automatic emails produced when uploading documents to be signed by a client, as I instead send a canned email with more information. Could we please have an option to remove this feature added?

Please add the option to exclude the (X days until deadline) from the subject line of automated reminders. Clients are ignoring the content of the reminders which may have an earlier deadline, and only see that they have X number of days to action...

At the moment the email signature is added at the end of all of the emails including those you are replying to, it would be neater if it was added just under the email which is being sent to the client
