When uploading documents to the portal that it goes to all contacts, so all directors etc are notified and then log in to the portal to access the documents. It's annoying that we have to add the second director to the email which has been queued....

Clients can't see notes on the portal

Our clients are missing notes that we upload. When they click on the View All Documents button the notes don't appear unless they go through the folders, this is especially true on mobiles but also the case on desktop computers too.

Bulk LoE Re-Sign
