If multiple clients have same email address that BM puts these emails into email manager so you can save email to correct client instead of the email being saved to all the clients with the same email address

select who would be on the BCC as you cannot currently CC anyone on the automated emails. The sender of the email is the only option for the BCC.

For NON VAT clients there is a section for VAT, and its set to Bi Monthly and has a VAT registration number in. But they arent a VAT client so this is incorrect Also it would create tasks which are not needed
