The timeline view has too much detail and is hard to find a specific item you want. An option for single line view, and additional filters, to highlight emails with attachments, task changes, and automatic emails, would make it easier to navigate.
When a document is rejected for signing there are times when the document is correct but the client needs an explanation. Once this is given it would be good to be able to reset the document to be signed rather than reuploading.
