To add a feature where you can lock a staff members timesheet for a particular period (each week for example) when it's been completed and checked to make sure it's correct.

Add a field to flag clients by priority and be able to filter them so you can see the priority tasks.

Just like the system automates paye records reminders it should by default have a CIS records request reminder. If anything , the CIS regime is more punitive than PAYE. I've asked the BM staff and been told 'we aren't planning this..'

Allow us to view email attachments in the outgoing drafts without having to go in to the email.

The ability to move a folder of documents or multiple folders of documents to tidy up the filing would be hugely helpful.
