When you are preparing a list of client, When you pick the columns, it appears as a long list. It is not easy to find what you need. If you had headers to break up the list such as services. It would be easier.

Remove (X days until deadline) from automated reminders

Improved resources organisation

Currently the resources section cannot be categorised or filters, and when attaching resources to emails to clients, it can be quite difficult to find the one you want. Perhaps a search option or categories for resources would improve this.
